Fulidhoo is one of the prettiest small islands in Vaavu Atoll: a quiet village, a bikini beach a minute from your door and some of the most relaxed marine encounters in the Maldives. You stay at Royal Villa, a modern 20-room guesthouse with a rooftop restaurant facing the sunrise and a small pool. Two boat trips are built in – snorkelling with nurse sharks over the coral garden with a sandbank stop, and a sunset cruise to look for dolphins – and the rest of the time is yours.

Your itinerary
- Day 1Arrive on Fulidhoo
Shared speedboat from Malé to Fulidhoo (about 1 hour 10 minutes). Check in at Royal Villa and take an evening walk through the village.
- Day 2Nurse sharks, coral & sandbank
Morning boat trip with Royal Villa's own team: snorkel with nurse sharks, explore a coral garden and relax on a sandbank.
- Day 3Free day
Beach, house reef, or simply the rooftop. Extra trips – sunset fishing, sandbank picnics or diving – can be added.
- Day 4Dolphins at sunset
A slow afternoon, then a sunset cruise in search of spinner dolphins.
- Day 5Departure
Breakfast and the speedboat back to Malé.

Royal Villa Fulidhoo
Royal Villa is a modern 20-room guesthouse a minute from Fulidhoo's bikini beach, with a rooftop restaurant facing the sunrise, a small pool and its own Royal Trips excursion team.
Season prices
Per person, 2 adults sharing. All taxes and green tax included.
Booking terms
50% deposit at booking, balance 30 days before arrival. Children, single travellers and extra nights on request. Available until 30 April 2027.
Good to know
Fulidhoo is an inhabited local island: no alcohol on the island, modest clothing in the village and swimwear on the bikini beach. Speedboats from Malé run up to three times a day (twice on Fridays).
