About
Radisson Blu Resort Maldives is in South Ari Atoll, reached by a 30–45 minute seaplane flight or a short domestic flight and speedboat. All 128 villas, on the beach and over the water, have their own pools, and they are generously sized: even the smallest villa is 215 m². Families and groups have a wide choice of two- and three-bedroom villas, up to the 790 m² Presidential Overwater Villa. Dining is varied, from the Raha buffet to Asian fusion at Kabuki, Mediterranean at Alifaan and Italian in The Lab – Wine Cellar, plus three bars. A PADI 5-Star dive centre, an overwater spa, a kids club and water sports complete the picture. It suits families, groups travelling together and couples who want space, a private pool and an all-inclusive plan.

Raha is the buffet restaurant, Kabuki serves Asian fusion, Alifaan is Mediterranean and The Lab – Wine Cellar is Italian. Crusoe's Beach Bar, Eats & Beats Pool Bar and Mahurab Bar & Lounge cover drinks, and Dining By Design, Floating Indulgences and 24-hour in-villa dining add private options. Meal plans are Classic All Inclusive and Premium All Inclusive. Facilities include Blu Spa over the water, an outdoor pool and a kids club.
Things to do
The resort's PADI 5-Star dive centre runs diving in South Ari Atoll, and the water sports centre offers time on the lagoon.
Getting There
Seaplane from Velana International Airport takes 30–45 minutes, or take a 30-minute domestic flight to Villa Airport Maamigili followed by a 15-minute speedboat. A speedboat all the way takes about 4.5 hours and depends on the weather.
Good to know
Seaplane arrivals run 06:00–15:30 and departures 09:00–20:00, with a luggage allowance of 20 kg plus 5 kg hand luggage. Check-in 14:00, check-out 12:00.
